Yes! Food and drinks are allowed on the boat, and we encourage you to bring whatever you would like! However we do not permit incredibly messy foods or staining drinks such as red wine.

    Yes, winds and tides can alter your watersports experience. However, our captain is experienced in finding different locations that help mitigate the effect that these weather conditions will have on your charter.

After you fill out the booking inquiry form, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to sort out the details of your charter. This includes duration, package, date, pickup time, and pickup location. Once these details have been sorted out, we will then take a 20% deposit and then your slot is reserved. After the charter is finished you will pay the remaining balance before getting dropped off at your chosen drop off location!

Cancellations up to 3 days prior to the charter date will result in a full refund of the deposit, while cancellations within 3 days will result in Sky Wake keeping the client deposit. Regarding cancellations stemming from extenuating circumstances our policy is a full refund for any of the following: Within 150 miles of a named or numbered storm, death in the family, natural disaster, political unrest, an issue with the boat that causes the rental to end early and is deemed the responsibility of the owner, AQI readings over 150 in the charter area on the charter date, or positive covid test of the person chartering the boat when a positive test is provided. In the event of a cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, Sky Wake is willing to either offer a full refund or give priority for a rebooking with a 10% discount to posted rates.
